Pete Seeger Turns 90 today. A star studded celebration is scheduled at Madison Square Garden soon. Baez, Springsteen, Dylan etc. Happy Birthday!

This morning I went out to have my second reflexology experience. This is great for me but I am also helping a student who needs documentation’s for her license.

I was at Billy and Anna’s place for this. Before my session I talked with Billy, had tea and relaxed. A good relaxing session followed by conversation with Anna Lisa. Anna does the reflexology.  A good and helpful talk. We listened to Eno’s Music for Airports while conversing. 

Home by 2:30.  Listened to the new Radiohead CD I got for my Birthday, Hail to the Thief - Good stuff.I take a half hour nap. I change to work clothes and then out to Golden’s Bridge. I have two sessions today. I have a one hour break in between so I brought my guitar to practice for the church rehearsal. The rehearsal starts at 9:15 tonight.

The piece is a section from Misa Criola called Agnus Dei. It’s a choral piece.

I’m assuming I will be very tired when I arive home tonight.

In terms of observations today the variety of emotional and new internal states I do not recognize in myself continue to present. There is work here to try and understand these experiences I have not had in my life thus far. These are unfamiliar experiences and the unknown is a bit unsettling.  It is work and I hope that something will be revealed. That is, I will learn something new about myself.
