Everybody is out to lunch, apparently.

A rainy, cool day in central Texas.

Rising at 7:00. Driving to AT class, leaving a tad late but traffic is very late (it’s a national holiday here in the states).

The morning sitting reveals a lot going on around the middle of the spine, so I stop doing that. A lot of work today on the position of mechanical advantage (“monkey”) and some hands on work with a student on the table. I’m just working on being cognizant of (mine and his) primary control. The class ends with T’ai Chi, which goes smoother for me today. I still confuse left and right from time to time, and it is interesting for me to see when that is. My teacher said some kind words to me today.

Driving home in rain, with a traffic slowdown hear and there. Everybody is out to lunch, apparently.

The early afternoon is spent with The Wife, after lunch and some e-correspondence. Then I type some and practice some piano and practice moreso on guitar. I take a short catnap. Dinner is very light. More time with computer stuff, small things but necessary. Then more time with The Wife. I shower and post this. Recapitulating and looking forward into tomorrow. Then bed. This week promises to be quite full.
