A rainy day. My feeling state dives into the depths when at the job, very difficult to deal with. Changing posture and location are ways to not get ensnared in the snarl.

On the plus side, AT teacher training class was good, traffic was light, science readings were good, and guitar practice in the early evening was focused.

I had a deep insight into the primary control, at long last, meaning I have a clear idea of what it is, as a movement. My trainer/teacher tells me of another very experienced trainer whose student of 15 years said one day, “Oh! So you want me to let my neck be free!?”; and his answer to this realization was “Yes!”. So, 15 years, 7 or maybe 28. Who knows when?

Well, when you wait until the very last day of the month to have your car inspected, you get what you asked for.

That was in the afternoon. The morning was quite harried, due only in part to my own lassitude. I had to manage myself, two kids and a dying PC. The new computer cannot come soon enough.

Sunday.

Rainy day. Slept in late (8 hours of sleep). Breakfast out, again.

Reading about astrophysics. Reading some papers on formal methods and on astrophysics. Watched three video speeches from Imperial College on math, physics, and ecology, respectively.

Guitar practice. Piano practice. More reading.

Another day of practicing letting go of resentment, anxiety, and fear, which alas were as the phoenix.

An unanticipated very early rise time leads to a loss of focus by mid-day. Efforts are now underway to regain focus. On the upside, the sun is out, the sky is lovely and my Goddaughter is 8 years old.

Saturday.

A day of re-calibration in the feeling center. Beautiful weather helps out.

Breakfast out and errands in the morning.

Alexander work, guitar practice, and music work for the afternoon.

Watching videos about tornadoes for much of the late evening. While watching, a saturation point arrives and all interest evaporates. This is interesting to see.

Today’s reading: Walter Carrington’s “The Act Of Living”.

Morning airport run accomplished. The rest of the day has been restful. The weather is getting colder and windy. I continue to cough.

Friday.

Lots of music today, and reading.

Receiving news from work that renews my disgust with the world of money.

Gray, cold and windy weather. The family is having a home-oriented day. Essentially, holiday pt. 2, especially for my son who is convinced that it is still Thanksgiving.

Gray skies have given way to a lovely sunny Thanksgiving day.

Thanksgiving day.

A beautiful day, fun and good food with family and friends.

Also, it is my younger son’s birthday, he’s now 24 (yow!). I got to talk to him for a few minutes (he was at his job, in Montreal). Talked to my elder son as well: missing them both very much but glad that they are independent, intelligent, mobile units.

Several musical ideas continue to knock loudly at my door.
